If you are looking for a good japanese sushi roll, this is a place for you.
The price is in an O.K. range and the service is just perfect.
I've been eating at Tokyo Garden for quite a bit and also at Miyoshi which is
also owned by the same owner.

I've given this place 4 tries and I am done with it. Each time the sushi rice was hot and did not taste like they even seasoned it. Hot rice with cold raw fish? UGH, I don't think so. The last time they were playing some gawd awful music when I heard m-f'er over the speakers! I told the manager who didn't apologize, she just giggled and told me they let the wait staff play their own music. Never going back!

Love this place and their sushi. They have recently exanded with more room for teppan cooking. If you like teppan and steak and chicken and rice, then try it. Taste great. However, I go for their sushi, which is about average price for sushi and comes with some good cuts of fish. Their rolls are good, too

Sushi Kato is only decent because of their happy hour prices. 50% off is a very attractive discount. Its the only reason I go there. The atmosphere is so-so. I tried their sashimi once. It wasn't fresh, so I never tried it again here. However, Mr. Kato does serve up some good non-sashimi rolls. I have to be honest, this is my quick fix sushi place. A simple, healthy meal, without having to go to one of the traditional sushi joints. I normally wouldn't even try sushi in a place like this, but I gave it a try and have been happy every since.
They a full bento box type menu, but I have never tried it... I have had the Udon soup and it was good.
But usually I get a spicy tuna roll and some sashimi, and I have always found the fish fresh and tasty. The sushi...

The food is among the best in town. Too bad the service is so bad. I think there is only one waitress which is not enough for a busy lunch hour. I had to stop going for lunch because I couldn't get in and out of there in time. Maybe the service is better at the sushi bar.
