Stylist of the Stars Makes Porterville Home

After working in Las Vegas for more than three years creating elaborate hair designs for multi million dollar stage shows, runaway models and the who’s who of the entertainment industry, Michael Yoder has now chosen a quieter life away from the glitz and glam and taken roots in Porterville. “I grew up in Northern Michigan and like the small town atmosphere.” Michael, who after looking into several salons in the Porterville and surrounding areas, signed on with “Hot Heads” located on Main Street. “I really liked all of the salons in Porterville, there is a lot of talent here and some great salons, but I think Main Street is going to see a lot of change in the next year or so and it is something I want to be a part of.” Michael is looking forward to creating a new standard in hair design for the Central Valley and getting the opportunity to share his techniques with his clients and colleagues. “ A stylist really becomes a part of his clients family, sharing in their special days, their life experiences and helping them create memories. I look forward to creating many new families here in Porterville and the Central Valley.”
